The Cottages at Woodside Green

These days there's a lot of talk about green built construction.  The Cottages at Woodside Green is a sustainable neighborhood scheduled to open the first model home in summer of 2008.  Drive by or call us for a personal tour of the site.

The homes in this neighborhood are designed to meet or exceed Wisconsin Energy StarŪ and Green Built standards.  In addition, the entire project will feature such green built techniques as rain gardens, pervious road shoulders, protected wetlands, and infiltration techniques to return storm water into the ground instead of using storm ponds.  The City of Neenah and the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources are supporting this project to demonstrate environmentally friendly development.
